Description:
I have left over brownies. It's been 7 days. I knew it was not as good as I made before, because I tried to use new kind of chocolate powder. And the result was not moist as usual.
I don't like wasting food. so I tried to make something from the brownies.
The inspiration is from tiramisu coklat recipes from tsuroiya.multiply.com
Ingredients:
Brownies ready to eat
2 x 8 Oz Cream Cheese
2 cup whipping cream
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cup of black coffee ( I use Sumatra Extra Bold Starbuck Coffee)
1/2 cup chocolate chips ( I use mini morsels Nestle).
Directions:
1. Use hand mixer to beat the cream cheese until soft, add powdered sugar and whisk again, using high speed.
2. Lower the speed, add whipped cream until blended.
3. In another bowl, mix the hot coffee with the chocolate chips.
4. Slice the the brownies about 1/2 inch thick. Deep the brownies into the coffee liquid.
5. Press down the brownies in the bottom of the container.
6. Put the cream cheese mixture on the brownies. Put brownies again, make a layer on the top of cheese mixture.
7. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture.
8. Store in the refrigerator for one night.
9. Sprinkle with the chocolate powder before serving.
